Answers cite the USA Pickleball rulebook to help you understand the rules. During sanctioned play, the decision of the event's referee or tournament director is final.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Use our contact form and include your device, app version and a short description.

How do I update my information?
Send us a message through our contact form using the email on your account, and tell us what you'd like changed.

Account & data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

1. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (where available), or
2. Email support@pickleballventures.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account, and tell us which app you use.

We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. Some information may be kept where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
