Pickleball Ventures, LLC ("Pickleball Ventures," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our websites, web apps and mobile apps, including What’s the Call? and PlayOneMore (together, the "Services"). Some products, such as PB Focus, may have their own privacy policy, which applies to that product.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: such as your name, email address and account details if you create an account, contact us or submit feedback, and the questions or content you enter into the Services.
  • Device and usage information: such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, general usage statistics and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Location (optional): if you allow it, your device location may be used to show nearby courts or events. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and improve the Services, including answering rules questions and showing relevant events and places to play.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Services.
  • To monitor performance, fix bugs, and keep the Services safe and secure.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us run the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting and AI processing), who may use it only on our behalf;
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Pickleball Ventures;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

4. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

5. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can request deletion of your account at any time. See Account & Data Deletion, or email legal@pickleballventures.com for any privacy request. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.

6. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact legal@pickleballventures.com and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
